Rating:1 I bought washing machine there hisense i went through hell disrespect us and being racist waitied for 8 days keep changing the date for engineering to come when he came he been racist and the company ignored me all the way they didnt do anything about it please whoever see this review never buy anything of hisense

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 AVOID THIS STORE. Shocking customer service. Arrived in store to see 3 of the staff lounging in their chairs, yet when I asked for assistance to buy something there was no one to be found. Asked one of the staff at the front of the store and waited for 10 mins. Worst thing is their was at least 8 staff on shop floor all having a giggle. Decided to leave despite intending to buy something because curry’s obviously didn’t need my custom 🙂 Terrible.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I brought my damaged phone in warranty and they kept it in shop a week and after that without any explanation call me to pick up the phone from the store. After when I got the store and waited 20 minutes one guy said I am sorry your warranty doesn’t cover that damage. I asked very kindly what my warranty covered. The answer was I don’t know, they even don’t asked me if I want to pay to repair my phone. Absolutely poor customer service.

You will find all electric equipment here, like washing machine, laptop ,TV , computer, printers , all brand cell phones.
Also they offered Thier own service like instant replacement cover of product by paying small premium. Overall good experience, recommend
