The store had a great selection of high-quality electronics and appliances. One of the highlights of our visit was the assistance we received from an employee named Prit. Prit was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, helping us choose the right appliances that fit our needs perfectly. Thanks to Prit and the excellent service at Currys, we left the store feeling confident and satisfied with our purchases. 0 You have already voted! Rating:2 I went to buy a Sage Barista coffee machine and when I opened it I saw a lot of scratches on the machine, the machine also had coffee grinds on the drip tray and the grinder had coffee in it. The machine looked used and also the back water tray had stains on it.

Having spent a considerable amount of money on a TV & bracket – latter no needed, I found myself tending to my elderly mum who had needed back surgery and was recovering at home but needed help. This was my distraction from returning the item, but in the period following, having tried to return the item in store (unaware of being outside the return period) I then spent yet more money on a sound bar, taking their advise that this needed to be facilitated on line. Fast forward to today, zero discretion offered on what is an unopened tv bracket which can simply be placed back on the shelf. Guess where I will no longer be making future electronic purchases from? Talk about cutting your nose off to spite your face.

The staff here are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the different products and provide excellent quality service to customers.
The staff always go above and beyond in helping customers make the right choices when buying products.
I recommend getting all your technical items from Curry’s, as they do everything from phone chargers, to TV’s, to household appliances.

It was clearly used and they sold it to me.
I’ve never saw something like this in my life? A used machine in its box that I payed for to be new?
I went back the next day and asked for a new one which they did give me but I got no sincere apologies or a compensation as an apology..
me seeing that used condition shocked me, where is the quality control on such expensive appliances?
Clearly something’s wrong here.

Took a day off work for the installation but nobody turned up. Rescheduled thus had to take another day off work. The fridge was slightly damaged – dent on one of the doors
Tried to contact Currys online and via phone but was told since it was not an online order, it could only be dealt with at the store it was purchased
Went to the store (which is 30 minutes drive away) and was offered a 15 percent discount on the finance plan which I agreed.
When it was time to make the first payment, I noticed that the discount had not been applied. Contacted Currys and was told again since this is not an online order, it would have to be dealt with in store. So had to make the 30 minute drive there again and waited a whole hour for the manager who assured me it will be sorted.
A month later and this discount was still not showing on the finance plan so I had to go to the store again. Waited around f...
