Rating:5 Would like to thank the staff at the Sony centre, Wolverhampton, purchased a new Sony 50″ TV online, very easy transaction for the payment, ordered 26/03 in the morning then received my new tv 27/03 well packaged & very fast delivery, i had to to phone the store because I was having trouble trying to register for my 5 year warranty & a very nice chap called Jim sorted out for me & 5 minutes later Emailed me with my warranty confirmation. Great service Wolverhampton Sony Centre. Many thanks Keith.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Just purchased a new tv it was delivered by Jim who set everything up for me and guided me through how to make best use of it . He stayed until I was sure what I was doing , really pleased with tv and service was first class , well done . Would recommend.

Rating:5 I have been using the Sony centre for over 25 years and have brought many products from them I have always found the manager to have a great knowledge of the products he sells also if there have been any technical issues with what I have bought he has always been very helpful in resolving the problems for me and will always go the extra mile to make sure I am happy

Superb customer service practice that I hope would be adopted by other retail establishments. It is imperative to maintain that customer service does not end as soon as a product has been sold.
