Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the treatment I received today at the embassy. The behavior of the staff, who appeared to lack both professionalism and basic courtesy, left me feeling humiliated and disrespected.

Rating:1 One of the worst places iv been no system in place had an appointment at 10.30 and was in a queue for over one hour just to submit the paperwork then made wait for over 2 hours to go in and take a picture hopefully never again will need to come to this place. The Bengali man at the counter was so rude just told us to sit down!!

Rating:5 The Consulate provided a smooth service throughout. Forgot to print a fundamental document but the Lady Officer at the reception provided utmost help while being respectful. Speaking from past experience, if this was the situation in a foreign Consulate they would have rejected my appointment. The Fingerprint Officer was also polite. Could not speak high enough of their pertinent services. Other applicants were also being helped as I observed. If anyone require parking, Edgbaston Road car park is probably the most convenient one! All the best and my cordial gratitude towards the High Commission.

Rating:5 My first visit in there was nice. In my point of view they are better than High commission in London. Their behavior is very impressive. All the staff talk to the people very nicely and try to find out the information. But working process is little bit slow it may depand the system or may be the people.

Thanks for submitting your review!Habib
Despite attempting to address my concerns in a respectful manner, I was met with dismissiveness and rudeness. It is unacceptable for individuals representing the embassy to behave in such a manner, especially towards a citizen seeking assistance.
I have already sent an email detailing my complaint and expect a prompt response. However, if the matter is not addressed satisfactorily, I am prepared to escalate it further to ensure that those responsible are held accountable for their actions.
