Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Staff at the Consulate of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Birmingham are common crooks. Illiterate idiots who got jobs simply because of who they know. No wonder Pakistan is in the state it is, corruption to the highest level of government to the lowest level of civil servants. These uneducated fools who represent the Islamic Republic of Pakistan don’t even know their own rules or they play the long game of acting dumb to loot the public. These people are shameless. Constantly contradicting their own rules making us go back and forth around in loops and then telling us, that’s not the policy and you have to fill a different application and the fees are non refundable, even though they told us to fill the application and it’s fine. They send Pakistan to a new low run by a criminal tyrant government, if it could even go any lower. The staff need re-educating at a minimum if they are even capable. Just good for looting the public funds of Pakistan, whoever hired these clow...

Rating:5 Very Helpful staff, well equipped, standard of service is very high and professional. In Particular the service for the elderly is outstanding with walk-in-appointments, I have used the appointments service in the past and there is a very small window when they dissappear but it’s easily possible.

Staff were rude – absolutely no professional is what so ever.
Such a shame how the Pakistani culture is so beautiful yet when you come to places like this expecting a high level of customer care you don’t receive it. Really letting us down! Do better.

Today, I had the displeasure of visiting the Pakistani consulate in Birmingham, UK, to renew my passport, and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare!
From the moment I stepped through those doors, I was met with nothing but rudeness and incompetence from the government employees. It’s as if they take pleasure in treating the common man like dirt. No customer service, no empathy, just disdain for anyone seeking their help.
And don’t even get me started on the payment kiosk. Surprise, surprise, it wasn’t working! So, they took the payment manually.
Oh, but it gets better. They refused to accept my perfectly fine photocopies because apparently, they have to be in a specific format. So, I had to fork out even more money to use their copy machine inside the office, which conveniently charges 50 pence per copy. In this digital age, why are we still living in the dark ages of paper forms and ...
