Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 I rang at 0900 and a rude man answered , berated me for ringing at 0900hrs, most folk are working at this time and then continued to be sarcastic and unhelpful for another 3mins. i asked him to be civil and he continued to be rude and abnoxious. Another typical Spanish civil servant with a job for life who does nothing to help others. What a disgrace!

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 The man I spoke to is named Matias Gomez Sanchez. His customer service skills are absolutely appalling and insulting, he is unfit for this job role. His first response to picking up the phone was ‘ What do you want?‘ and proceeded to shout at my partner down the phone claiming he was not going to provide any assistance and asking him to ‘go away’ as he was ‘too tired’. Everyone contacting this number is requiring help and asking for assistance from a public consulate, whose job is to do exactly that, they should not be spoken to how me, my partner or anyone else in these reviews have been. If you require help of any kind DO NOT contact this number as you will only receive rude remarks and an earful of shouting. I will be processing this complaint further and urge the many people who have provided the same reviews and experience as me to do the same.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I am deeply disgusted by the old man who continued to be rude to me when I rang on Sunday 1st august at 1.40pm to get some information. He picked up and had the manners of a pig. Never in my life have I ever dealt with such a rudely mannered person. He hung the phone up on me twice when I was calling for a simple question AFTER he asked me what the problem was.

When we were seeking for help he threw it back in my partners face and said “what do you want me to do about it”.
Waste of time! Don’t call this number as you will get an earful from a rude old man.

I will be taking this further as he needs training on how to deal with people on the phone in the UK. this is not Spain!! If I could give no stars I would, God help him if he picks the phone up on Monday morning
