I stayed there during Sep – Oct period.
Good room, clean and tidy interiors, clean toilet / bathroom well equipped kitchen and living room.
The location is cool and the surroundings are extremely beautiful n silent.
Nice to walk around and go for shopping too.
I never faced any issues during stay

I always try to stay with Bridgestreet whether staying in London or Birmingham. Stayed in the Birmingham postbox for three days this time round. Got to say the staff were amazing and really bent over backwards for us. We got a two bedroom apartment and managed to extend our stay by an extra night. The apartment was lovely and clean with all the amenities we could possibly want. We really could not have asked for more. Thank you yet again Bridgestreet!!

Never again. Stained carpet, overheated apartment with little ventilation, sofa smelled of curry and sweat. Neighbour’s balcony stared straight into bedroom and heard them chatting all evening, had to keep windows closed on hottest day of the year. WiFi instructions didn’t work. Oh yeah, and the bed was hard and springy. Only positive was central location.

Lovely apartment and centrally located. Difficult check-in process after the receptionist denied any involvement in the check-in process!

Very confusing layout. Strong smells in the corridors which felt like they lacked any air circulation.
