Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 As always the food is ace & I enjoy it , today unfortunately I was asked to go around front to wait for food & was told it would be bought out to me, they were busy in store & drive thru , however I’m a customer like the rest & sadly I had to hobble in store on me crutches to get my food. I’ll say this is very unusual for this from Big John’s, however I can only give my honest review of what took place. Food is still brilliant & tasty

The establishment provided subpar customer service, resulting in an overcharge on our bill. Furthermore, the quality of the food served was remarkably low. Regrettably, I must declare that we have no intention of returning to this establishment in the future.

Once known for its excellence in serving fresh food, but this particular branch has significantly declined over the years. The food consistently arrives cold, and the wait times are excessively long, making dining here a frustrating experience. The drive-thru operation is poorly managed, often causing congestion and delays for customers. Additionally, the condition of the car park and building leaves much to be desired, with a dated appearance and lack of cleanliness. It’s truly disheartening to see such a decline in a place I used to frequently visit this branch. As a result, I can no longer recommend visiting this Big John’s location.

Rating:1 I am visiting family here in UK and eating first time Big Johns and I am appauled at the ghetto unprofessional staff workers who jumped and beat up a customer in front of my own eyes. The staff were racist and called him racial slurs and then chased him down and jumped him! 4 staff members beating up this customer. The customer screamed at them leave him alone and other people from other businesses came out to help him. Ghetto!!! my appetite was pretty much gone after seeing the ghetto business act this way. I open my food and the over burnt chicken had a piece of hair in it!!! horrible horrible experience. Place looks like it it run by ghetto filthy bullies!!!

We arrived there and the place is somewhat busy. It can be cleaner and the food is already prepared. Some of it is fresh. Families do come in.
The donair kebab and chicken kebab is where it’s the best. That’s what’s going to take time. It’s absolutely delicious. The picture I posted doesn’t give it justice. It’s packed with meat and some lettuce/onions. Get a bit of their hot sauce.
The fries are good and do not come seasoned. That’s a good thing as seasoning to your taste is better. The chicken sandwich is good. The fried chicken seemed to be a bit greasy. Didn’t try the pizza.
Come take a look. You won’t be disappointed. Think about the place you’re at. You’re not going to a high end restaurant. This is a greasy spoon kinda place.
