Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 I made complain to manager about the toilets not the first time they are filthy and dirty and still being ignoring why they are like this condition. when I requested manager again, she was telling oh it’s you again and obviously toilets are dirty again so she wasn’t pretty professional but pretty aggressive and even didn’t want to listen me up just close the door and left and ignored all my request to rise this issue further and sort it out as rest of clients agreed me that this branch is filthy all over spillages rubbish and messy .

0 You have already voted! Rating:3 The food was excellent, I have to say. However, we sat surrounded by dirty tables piled up with used packaging, etc.. was very of putting. The toilets had not been recently checked. Dirty and smelly with no toilet paper in either. No staff came into the seating area during the 45 minutes we were in the restaurant to make any attempt to make it look decent.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Ordered a whooper meal but received chicken fries and a box of fries. Tried to phone burger king, Oldbury no one answered the phone. Had to order again. Trying to get refund. With no joy.

While at the counter saw the cook had a tissue in his hands and was blowing his runny nose (clearly had a massive cold) and at the same time was preparing the burgers (no gloves) and I WALKED OUT WITHOUT ORDERING AND HAVE NOT BEEN BACK….. AND I WILL NEVER RETURN!

He’s a great credit to the store!
Food was well presented and I enjoyed the meal with my family.
