0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Folks admittedly I do not venture into new eateries often. In fact I was encouraged by my daughter to try this new place. I did try it and the food was really good and the service spot on.

I eat here at least once every couple of weeks and if I have any problems or concerns the manager deals with it.
Just to evidence that, I visited recently and forks were turned upwards meaning that when a customer wanted a fork the staff’s hands would be all over the fork, when they pick it up to give to a customer. I raised this concern with the manager and last week when I went into the store, the forks were now correctly placed downwards in the container, so nobody’s hands need to be touching the utensils unnecessarily.
I pay keen attention to details when it comes to food and if I am not happy they will know.
Right now I am one very happy customer. You will be happy also when you order their food.

I ordered the signature loaded fries I think it’s called that , as it was my first time eating here when it newly opened was on my work lunch break, was okay I liked they had the spring onions chopped on top, wasn’t keen on the pink sauce too sweet. For the price you pay and the portion size of the fries it’s small for me ,you could buy a large portion of chips in a local chippy and get more for your money’s worth bought a bottle of water for a ridiculous price too usually not something I would purchase but didn’t have my own on me at the time and was thirsty didn’t realise they overcharge on basic bottled water or else I wouldn’t have bothered . Burgers are overpriced too not something I would pay for personally.
It’s okay to come in as a treat once in a while type of thing ,but not on a regular basis.
