Showing 5 reviews Rating:2 Very good, but was a bit disappointed.. got the new bbq burger, and it was smaller than the bun… and the chips had no seasoning, and was soggy…. And I’m still disappointed at the size of the krushems now!!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Popped over from the Premier Inn with a late night need for chicken goodness. The staff were really friendly, and there was a nice atmosphere among them. Clearly a good vibe coming from each person which seemed to be encouraged by the manager.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I left the drive through without food because the server accused me unjustifiably of being rude. Her remarks, after I apologised for asking a few questions because I did not see what I wanted on the board, “It’s not my fault and you were being rude” When I challenged her, she said I shouted. I was talking louder because she said she couldn’t hear me via the intercom system. I said please and thank you everytime I asked her something. I didn’t want them to spit in my food so I left.

Ordered off the app today for my family collected the food and when i got home we was missing majority of our food called them and they told us to come back I am not being funny but to sit in 20 mins traffic i do not think so the staff memeber we spoke to was horrible. Also the chicken was fried twice the taste and colour was horrible I am not happy at all and no one wanted to understand

I always find in fast food joints that the young staff (I’m 43, ok) are really polite and doing a great job. It’s nice and further proves that the boomers are wrong.

It was the worst experience I have had in a long time here in this branch the chicken is black and very dry as if they had put it in oil twice the meaning that it had been fried since the morning and when at least 6 hours had passed, they heated again in the oil, and I did not dare to touch it I tried The chicken wings were the same color and had no taste whatsoever and the same chicken breast in terms of color and smell
the service is excellent I mean the people at the front but they seem to have the worst cook.
