Behold the so-called “piece” on the left, graciously bestowed upon me amidst a generous selection of six of which 3 of them were equally questionable contenders. Behold and despair at the sheer audacity of mediocrity! Lol – C’mon, that piece isn’t £2 worth!

Rating:1 Absolutely discussing customer service no manners what so ever nearly knocked me out shoving the payment monitor through my window at the drive through, more or less thew my food at me and then slammed the window shut. I was so gob smacked at the service I just sat threre a few seconds wondering what the hell had just happened. My food was cooked but was cold ended up microwaving when I got home. I will not be using this KFC EVER AGAIN! How this branch is still open I’ll never know.

Rating:1 DO NOT go to this KFC, it is the worst branch in Wolverhampton, do not waste your money or time, I went to get some food and they do not have anything available on the menu, every time I go, m it is the same thing, No gravy mega box, No ice cream, No krushems, No sweet chilli bites, so what am I supposed to eat, the food is absolutely awful, tried to call up and no answer – it’s cold, pink inside and the chicken is slimy and disgusting – NEVER EVER AGAIN

Staff sooooooooo unprofessional and the food, absolutely vile! And cold!! Black specks all over the chips, what’s happened? Fillet burger was stale and everything just tasted….. strange. It’s always been so hit and miss there, getting your correct order is definitely rare, so check before you come away, 9/10 it will be wrong . I won’t be returning again, it’s gone too far, do yourself a favour and go to GRILL IT next door! Better staff, better service, BETTER FOOD!

Edit: mentioned to my parents, who also happened to go the same week and said exactly the same! How are they still open?

Got home and thank God I cut the burger in half because the chicken was undercooked!
I drove back with the burgers and went inside to get a refund.
Once inside there were about 3 staff in view, all occupied so I believed they’d come when they could. However, it was a different member of staff that came from behind the scenes to serve me. As he near enough reached the counter he must have heard a familiar voice because he did a u-turn turn and headed to the drive through window and was like ‘safe bro, how you doin’ while giving a fist bump to the driver and having a brief conversation!
Once he had finished talking to his friend he came over and greeted me politely. I told him the reason I was there to which he defensively started saying ‘not possible, we temp check our food’.
I proceeded to remove the food and show him which he had no interest in but kept repeating himself about it being cooked. He then asked if I wanted...
