Always choose this particular KFC staff are always so amazing, good availability and yummy tasty hot food. Tonight I accidentally ordered my partner the wrong meal and didn’t realised til we got to the last window the lovely young lad swapped it for me. I can’t tell u how much that meant, thankyou for going above and beyond we will most definitely be recommending and returning in the future. Thankyou once again. X

I have just been on my way home from work. What a mistake I had three pieces of chicken that were slimy and lukewarm, and in my opinion undercooked. I got my partner a fillet tower burger meal. The bottom of the bun was rockhard and again it was lukewarm. I wished I’d have read the ratings and reviews first. Oh well we live and learn.

I just ordered a 6 pc family feast. With beans and coleslaw and 1.5ltr bottle of pepsi.
Delivered hot wings and a can of pepsi. I’m allergic to spices. I’ve tried to get a refund of my 23.97. However no response. I’ve tried phoning with no answer. I’m absolutely disgusted.

This is a prime example of why you should read the reviews. The standard of the meal was poor. Firstly, I had to return the fries as they were disgusting and cold. The burger was lukewarm, the lettuce was only the bitter centre stalks and no leaf. In addition, there were tables that hadn’t been cleaned but the staff weren’t busy. Overall poor.

This is not the first time that our family is actually been put off by having wrong food items without been asked or even been told.
The option on the boxes weren’t pushed down so by the time we all had opened our boxes to check , the food was cold.
Hot wings were dry, felt like it was recooked a few times.
Kids ordered corn on the cob however found beans in the boxes again no apologies or explanations at the point when we went to collect the food.
Rice box was ordered with extra fillet but only one fillet was added. When rang the store they said it’s not showing on their screen. Luckily, we ordered through app so have the proof that we have paid extra for extra fillet.
Popcorn chicken nearly choked my daughter as it was so dry and hard!!!!
If anyone of us in the family wakes up poorly , we exactly know the reason.
Pathetic service and pathetic food.Horrible, really spoilt it all.
