I’ve visited many KFC locations, but this one was the worst by far. There was no friendly greeting when I picked up my food, and the woman working alone at the front looked miserable, likely because she was left to handle everything herself. Despite only ordering two items, my order was incorrect, and when I mentioned it, a man from the kitchen came out and told her off in front of me , which I found very unprofessional. More staff is clearly needed to improve the slow service and create a more friendly and professional atmosphere.

The food is as cold and staff are rude when I said I was going to complaint took them 20 minutes to make my order

I had a great experience! The staff was so sweet, I was attended with great respect and was served good food. I could understand it was a busy evening yet they did there upmost best to attend and serve customers as quickly as possible. Hats off to them working in that chaos, and experiencing customers that don’t try to understand the situation and be patient! I have worked in such places so I can truly relate! Nevertheless, I really enjoyed it there and would love to go back!!

My experience at KFC was superb, thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Rudra. His friendly demeanor and attentive approach made my dining experience truly enjoyable. He went above and beyond to ensure that my order was accurate and that I was satisfied with my meal. Rudra’s professionalism and positive attitude reflect greatly on KFC, and I would highly recommend visiting this location for top-notch service.

Extremely slow service at one point there was only one person cooking and serving, Toilet out of Order, food strewn all over the floor, tables weren’t cleared we had to ask someone to wipe the table she then proceeded to wipe the mess onto the floor, bin was overflowing. The Just eat delivery guys were gathered bench on a bench outside just glaring at us through the window. Food was lukewarm. Improvements definitely required starting with staffing levels!!!
