Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 I made an order on the app, it glitched. Clearly selected Lea Road and had a notification to say Lea Road, which management noted and acknowledged. I waited over thirty minutes and noticed the app had charged me and said collected (from Dudley Street). I brought this up to the front desk who referred to the manager Chanel, I was told to request a refund of £3. Which was the value of the order. The order email showed Dudley Street (nowhere near this location) but notification showed Lea Road. I gave the manager my phone who removed my notification. So I went back and she said to reference her name but I couldn’t get neither the food or a refund and had to use the AI service she showed me. I did and there was no option for a refund, I then used their website but without a receipt showing the store number I was unable to request a refund. Clearly I am not trying to steal £3 worth of food and they could see I was there and it was an app issue and had wasted time sitting in their stor...

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Food came late, no salad on my burger and asked for extra cheese which I didn’t get. Thanks for taking my money and giving me nothing. Appalling service. Can’t even get refunded so wasted money on something inedible. Thanks a lot.

My favourite thing to have is a Bacon Double Cheeseburger
My friend Peter likes this meal too and he recommended it to me,

They’ve spent £2 million pounds but as a regular customer I can’t say it looks well spent.
In all honesty I don’t like much about it.
From the outside they have changed the parking spaces, which are new now and clearly marked, so that’s better, but cars still cut you up from the pay in window to get into the parking lane, so they could have put something there to stop that.
The outside seating looks ok, no real improvement on before though.
My main gripe is now it’s gone the way of a lot more McDonald’s in that it’s got that small express vibe.
Kind of like they want you in and out and to use your card for everything.
It feels smaller and less welcoming , very sterile.
If there’s a match at Molineux or an event nearby, good luck getting served.
The Till area is tiny and I can’t see it being able to deal with lots of people efficiently.
