Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 I have no idea why, but this store just can’t seem to get delivery’s correct, constantly miss items off the order, normally sauces, today my pudding, and before after a day with two ill children and no food I ordered a quarter pounder meal, they sent the drinks and fries, no burger….. like how do you actually do that lol, felt like a really bad joke. Seriously don’t get delivery from them

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Ordered @ Stafford road, Wolverhampton via just eat. Order: MC crispy chicken meal, additional medium fries, cheeseburger, 2 apple pies. Order received: all cold and soggy. Chicken fillet under cooked. Had to finish off in pan. Plus no mayo. Only 1 apple pie received and raspberry and chocolate pie given instead. Absolutely disgusting service and food preparation. Contacted customer service on just eat and got a refund for under cooked burger. Awaiting feedback re everything being cold. Not much better when order in store. Chips always cold and soggy. Not sure how management allows this to happen.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 On lazy days when i don’t feel like cooking, i shamefully order a maccies, and somehow every-time i order something is missing. Wouldn’t usually leave a bad review but i keep paying for food i’m not getting?! Today recieved my order to have boiling hot chocolate pouring out of the bag as the lid is off and half of the drinking is now missing (also received a medium when it was ordered as part of a large meal). Then, I was missing a WHOLE chicken big mac. Received the fries and drink but missing the whole burger. So now i only had a fries instead of a whole meal. How am i supposed to be full from fries? And if i was to re-order no one’s covering my delivery fees and service fees so i was left with merely a meal. Didn’t wanna cook, that was why i ordered, now i’m gonna have to cook to fill myself up. Also gave me a bbq sauce instead of ketchup, the staff honestly just need to take more care when filling orders because i would like to receive what i ordered!!!

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Last night we brought 2 big mac burgers from stafford road MDs on arrival we open the first burger box to find half a big mac made. No top pattie or top bun. Absolutely disgraceful

I ordered a week ago and half my order was missing today I ordered to get food wet In old grease it literally smells before u open the bag no time or effort what so ever chips are old and taste fowl everything smells off
