Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Came to enjoy a breakfast from McDonald’s opposite West Brom football stadium only to have this experience of dissatisfaction. There was no hot chocolate available from the check in screen as I approached the desk to make my order from there instead was told to hold on due to cash till not ready, been waiting a while those in car were being served it looked like one person was doing all the work, was told to hold on again by supervisor, made mention that I’ve been waiting still…other staff asked me to use machine on the screen told her my preference was to use cash was told I can still use the machine. I just couldn’t believe how long it took for service to order what I wanted even though they did not have hot chocolate at that time… and this was before 7am

Rating:5 I would like to give feedback on a member of staff by the name of Grace, we come to the west brom games and we are always welcomed by grace with a big smile, she is so friendly, kind and helpful. We noticed she had not been there for a while.. it wasn’t the same, time went on and then today we walked in and she was back, we thought she had left and we were gutted as it was not the same, as we walked in we were very happy grace was back. Thank you grace for always being the friendly grace and helpful grace we love. Also whenever we come it is always lovely and clean. Best Mcdonalds around here.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Very surprised to see how quiet it was inside on a Sunday lunchtime, but the drive-thru had huge queues restricting the car park. I would imagine it gets packed out on match days, being right opposite the ground.

A family member went to get a large order of food as we had quite afew children with us and asked for a tray to be told ,we don’t do trays ?
Very strange ,as we were leaving the trays were being removed from some empty tables and cleaned?

Service was great and friendly, can’t really complain about anything that was the restaurant’s fault. Just a few customers being loud, but that’s probably to be expected.
