Showing 5 reviews Rating:3 Service is very slow, especially as ordered through app so should be ready by time get there. Hot drinks were sat there going cold for 10 minutes when I said about them being cold I was told they shouldn’t be. Cream has dissolved into drink and coffee was tepid. One person doing one order element at a time in the back. Not very efficient at all, then food was waiting to be bagged. Very poor overall

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I’ve been waiting for just coffee for around 20 minutes! Coffee was ready to go for ages, but staff behind the counter didn’t even tried to serve it. I had to come over and ask for it, if not I would possibly wait another 10 minutes. To make this worse, coffee was already cold… I will never come again, as their management of my time is unacceptable, not mentioning about poor customer service and speed of service.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Printers not working, though helpful staff member was able to get me a reprint from back-of-house. Food was shockingly bad. My ‘Big Mac’ wouldn’t have sated the appetite of an anorexic hamster.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I enjoy their food. Usually eat burger with potato fries as a meal. But I don’t know why discontinued Steakhouse (an all inclusive meals of burger).

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 We went before going to a concert, in the halls. The venue was busy. I ordered a double-quarter pounder without the bun or ketchup. Neither of which was what I received. I didn’t have time after waiting, to go and get it reordered.

Service is OK as they try to attend to people ASAP and others is on a fast come first serve. Others can be taken from a large display screen or meet someone at the dish counter to attend to you. Everything is on display. You can see what you’re looking for even though you don’t remember the name.
Atmosphere is pretty OK. Except that the lone toilet at Dudly road Wolverhampton branch which may be left messy at time because of large number of user. Don’t know if that is the same in other locations. I will recommend more hands of cleaner and/or have more toilets.
