0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Went here today it was rush hour, very busy. There was alot of customers complaining that they had to wait but to be honest I can’t fault your team, they all were going as fast as they could and orders kept coming in. Service was great even though they were rushed of their feet, they still smiled through it. I don’t really leave reviews on fast food places but I felt I had to leave one today. There was a customer at the side of me and as soon as he entered the store he started kicking off at the girl behind the till because she didn’t offer him a drink with his meal, I wasn’t really listening. But after about 3 minutes of waiting he started kicking off again asking for his money back. The manager stepped In and told him to wait, politely. But obviously this made him more angry because cutting 5 minutes out of his day was so important. Anyway the manager was serving me at the time, he smiled and told me to enjoy my food. 0 You have already voted! Rating:4 This is in a good location. I used to go here everyday to get my latte fix. Love the £1.99 deal and l always get the Fillet-O-Fish and fries. There is a disabled toilet to the right of the counter and more toilets upstairs. There is also more seating upstairs and this is because there is VERY limited seating on the ground floor. This is mostly always clean and the staff are nice too. This is not a drive through and is a High Street branch. I would recommend this branch as l haven’t had any bad experiences here in the preceding 22 years. I went here with my family and we a nice time considering we got there an hour before closing time (now 19:00). We got 5 Fillet-O-Fish burgers with fries, 2 vegetable deluxe burgers with fries, a portion of halloumi fries, 3 vanilla milkshakes, a toffee latte, regular latte and 2 double chocolate cookies. I have to say having used table service today i was pleasantly surprised by the service received! The young man with tattoos up his arms is a credit to your business. Hope you know who you are!!! I don’t think I’ve ever encountered such a happy person at work in macdonalds in my life. What a pleasure to hear him, courteous, helpful, friendly and chatting to absolutely everyone who came in. He was particularly nice to a bunch of ladies on the next table who found out they had free icecream! Lol just a nice touch when you have good staff regardless of whether or not your in a deprived area..
The food was banging and very hot, fresh, good.

Ordered through the app, found a seat upstairs, food was bought to my table pretty quick. No problems with my order.
Place was fairly clean, to be honest after all these years I surprised it’s still there, as the surrounding area has gone through quite a decline.

Food stone cold even though we marked them down to have items removed or added on. Milkshakes were as thick as water. Cleanliness – found myself wipping my feet on the way out. well, there wasn’t any. Security guards useless. £11 I’ll never get back.
