Even though the food was amazing particular staff were extremely rude and not helpful at all especially not doing their job by lacking professionalism, laughing at me and my friends and giving us dirty looks and telling us to do stuff they are supposed to do as staff.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I went to eat to break my fast and the staff treated me very well and the shop was really busy and still managed to give my food on time. The food was well cooked and had good flavour. The manager (Jessica) was very friendly and polite towards me and my wife . Pepes West Brom is a 10/10

The manger (with blue eyes) is lovely she refunded us and apologised.

My recent visit to Pepe’s has left me utterly dismayed and disgusted. I cannot emphasize enough how terrible the service was, the rude and disrespectful staff, the abysmally dry and cold food, and the numerous false promises made. It is my duty to share my experience and caution others from subjecting themselves to such an appalling establishment.
First and foremost, the service at Pepe’s was beyond deplorable. The staff exhibited an unparalleled level of rudeness and condescension, making me feel as though I was inconveniencing them by simply being a customer. Their sarcasm was palpable, with snide remarks thrown around carelessly, leaving me astounded at their lack of professionalism.
Moreover, the food itself was a colossal disappointment. The menu advertised tantalizing flavors and a mouth-watering experience, but what I received was a far cry from reality. The dishes were dry, as if they had been sitting unde...

Manager Jessica is a hospitable host, Chef Osman makes delicious dishes and food served in presentable way.
