Showing 4 reviews Rating:5 I made contact with this station to set up safe and well reviews for patients at work. Initially I spoke with Ross and advised of the reasons behind setting up visits with our patients and advised I would get a call back. Less than an hour later I had a call from Rob, a visit was made to our team, and now if we have any concerns in regards our patients, we can make our referrals but if desperate I can make contact with the station. I’ve had a few joint visits now with Ross/ Rob/ Jamie and nothing is too much trouble for them. Thank you for all your assistance in keeping our patients safe

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I was out shopping, when my 3yr old son excitedly pointed out a “Fire Truck” in the car park. He asked to stand next to the fire engine and have some pictures taken. Then a fireman named “Rob” came out of the fire engine and greeted him in a very friendly manner. My son was then shown a quick 1 minute tour around the fire engine! A big thank you Rob for going out of your way during your break time and making our day 10/10. Rob is a great representation of our local fire station!

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Thank you so much, especially to Josh! I had explained how I was unable to reach my fire alarm that was constantly going off at all hours. It was located very high up and I had great difficulty reaching it. I had nobody nearby to help me, the station responded immediately. I now have a working fire alarm. My children and I can sleep peacefully knowing we are safe. They also offered me saftey advice, great service. Thank you so much

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I called the fire station this am regarding a fire alarm they installed a few years ago. Spoke to Richard who said they would come and inspect later this pm. I was surprised when the fire men turned up at 2pm (not 2 hours since I made the call) and changed both alarms free of charged in a matter of minutes. I would like to thank the Willenhall fire service for their prompt service and thank Richard for dealing with it so efficiently. Well done that man (and men). Thank you again
