I attended Rosie’s Yin Yoga class at this gym for several months. Everyone at the gym is very friendly and inclusive. The classes are adapted to everybody’s level and Rosie makes sure everyone is welcome and feels at home. Thanks so much for the practice !!

One of the best places I have chance to train over the years

You feel like a part of the family and coaches are friendly always willing to help you out.

Great specialist When it comes to boxing and Muay Thai as that was my goal.

The gym is old-school, got everything needed to build an amazing body that is strong and functional.

I believe that is the only gym you can find competition kettlebells so that is the big plus.

Big thank you to Louis for improving my boxing.

This place is so amazing. The coaches and staff are all very friendly and welcome you into their lessons. It goes at a steady pace so for you new boxers/Thai boxers it’ll be all great. It’s also a great place to get fit and has a great atmosphere. I travel an hour to get there and is completely worth it.

Had my first yoga class here friday. Really enjoyed it, energising. Had a real workout after in muay Thai class!

Brightly lit and clean, spacious and nice equipment layout.

    Friendly people, and enthusiastic.

I’ve been around loads of martial arts places and gyms, but didn’t find one I liked after been disappointed quite a few times.

Very happy now, unbelievable amount of activities!

Almost worst gym i ever was (the worst was in some garage, but there was at least enough space). Maybe it’s good for people taking classes (never tryed them).
But if you want gym it’s terrible. No equipment, no space.
Want to do some chest press? They don’t have anything specifically for that. So grab bench, put it into power rack stand. And by your legs by the wall will be water machine (~0,5m gap left). So people always walk there to drink water.
Want to do cable row? Do it in only cable rack with most 44,2kg or grab barbel and do barbell row instead, but first find space for that (should be difficult).
Want to work out your calves? Only choice leg press machine or grab barbell and do standing calf raise with it on shoulders (careful don’t hit anyone walking by).
Like free weights? In that tiny space half of time had to wait till somebody next to me stops doing his set or somebody just stops talking and move from the way.
In the end when i decided to wait (pat...
