    Jo’s classes are amazing – she gets the balance just right between support and challenge, so I always leave the class feeling calmer, brighter and proud of myself. Also, going to her classes weekly for the last 3 months has almost completely fixed my hip problems from running. Namaste!

    Jo’s classes are relaxing and beneficial for mind and body. She varies her programme from week to week. The venue is conducive to yoga practice: it is roomy and quiet. Jo’s knowledge and experience comes across throughout her classes. Jo is a sensitive and skilful yoga teacher.

    I’ve been attending Jo’s yoga classes for a couple of years now and have absolutely loved them. My body strength has improved significantly as well as my balance. I had never done yoga before and have never been very flexible but these classes are amazing and cater for everyone. Jo includes an element of meditation in every class which is absolutely fantastic. I genuinely recommend her classes 100%.

    I found Jo’s classes locally a couple of years ago, after being recommended yoga to practice mindfulness and help me to relax/switch off.

    I attended the Hidden Retreat (Jo’s beautiful, tranquil studio at the bottom of her garden) on a Sunday morning and following the first session I was hooked! It quickly became a part of my routine and I looked forward to my hour of ‘me time’ every week!

    Jo is such a lovely person – she is so warm & welcoming, and brilliant at teaching yoga! Jo has a down-to-earth approach and makes everyone feel at ease. She adapts her classes to suit all abilities so you can choose from various options, depending on how your body feels that day.

    Jo’s passion really shines through – she genuinely cares about her clients and adds in special touches such as an optional head massage & bakes fresh goodies for everyone to enjoy at the end of class!

    I recently moved out of the area and was absolutely gutted that I would no longer be able to attend...

    I know there’s a lot of choice out there, but I’m really glad I was introduced to Jo at Fuel and Flow and so I’m a massive advocate of her yoga practice classes. I’ve been going for a year now and it’s definitely helped me relax but also improved my balance and strength. Classes have differing levels of ability and experience, but everyone can ‘listen to their bodies’ and make the practice suit their own needs. Jo is lovely and welcoming and knows her yoga stuff! She brings us sweet treats too and we get a mini head massage at the end of each practice…who’d have thought lying flat out on a yoga mat could be relaxing and calming! It is!
