I noticed dramatic changes after the first class with her and she has always ensured that I get the best out of each class. I can’t wait for my next class.

When I began my one on one sessions I was in a lot of pain and on medication, now I no longer need medication and can see and feel a great improvement. This is all thanks to Irina, her teaching technique is commendable. She is so passionate about Ivenga yoga, and her knowledge still amazes me. She structures the sessions to your needs, and alongside her passion and enthusiasm she is an extremely gifted yoga instructor. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
