I did pregnancy yoga and mother & baby yoga. Both were absolutely fantastic. Lovely warm and friendly atmosphere. Plus delicious cake of course! Couldn’t recommend enough.

I couldn’t recommend this class more.

Not only is it a great class for pregnancy yoga, Sally has years of experience as a NCT trainer and every session is packed full of wisdom, tips and advice for expectant mums, given in a calm, supportive and friendly atmosphere.

Another bonus of this class is that you also get tea and cake at the end of it which is a great way to help you socialise and connect with other mums, learn from and support each other. Plus Sally is a brilliant baker!

Sally also takes the time to understand everyone’s needs in the class and recommends new exercises each week tailored to help the specific aches and pains people might have that week. I haven’t experienced many instructors that take the time to do that and it has certainly helped me.

This class has given me so much confidence going into labour and I’m so grateful to Sally because of it.

Sally’s pregnancy yoga was brilliant when I was pregnant and now my baby is here the mother and baby class is fantastic. Lots of fun songs and actions for the baby all whilst doing yoga yourself. Which for me makes me feel almost normal again. Great exercises for post pregnancy bodies and Sally’s very knowledgable about how to help certain post pregnancy ailments!

Each week starts with a different topic of discussion and the other women have been invaluable to me on topics like sleep, teething and what do so with your baby in the holidays. Brilliant class topped off with a slice of cake at the end! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I joined Sallys yoga class during pregnancy and subsequently went on to baby yoga once my baby had arrived. Both classes were great. Sally is very knowledgeable with loads of great information. She is also a lovely person with a very calming way about her. This puts you at ease and allows you to ask questions.

The groups have both been friendly allowing the opportunity to meet other expectant mothers / new mums. The nature of the class encourages discussions so it’s nice to share stories and experiences with others going through the same.

On top of this there is the actual yoga! And even better the cake best home made cakes ever! Would highly recommend these classes.

Sally’s pregnancy yoga is the best around. It’s helped me through a lot of my pregnancy. In confidence within myself and my bump, finding out more about pregnancy and the female body and really connecting with other expecting Mothers in the area too. I thoroughly enjoy Sally’s classes and cannot wait to eventually join baby yoga with my little one! Thanks Sally for all of your hard work, expertise and cake!!! 🙂 I’d highly recommend this class to anyone and have already welcomed a few of my pregnant friends along with me! Xx
