Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 I was in Birmingham this April and found this gym near my hotel. I usually do HIIT in Dublin so I was thrilled to find sth similar while being away. The staff were fantastic and so welcoming. The members would be thoroughly introduced to the exercises before each class; the class would often start with a warmup to wake up the muscles and progress with a range of exercises from cardio, conditioning, and stretching. The staff were very professional and would always help me with my forms and show me modifications to the exercises as I had an injury at the time. I really enjoyed my every visit there and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Rating:5 I’ve been attending this gym for some months now, and I have to say, it’s been an incredible journey. The group workouts are challenging yet rewarding, pushing you to your limits while ensuring you’re comfortable and safe. The trainers are exceptional, always on hand to provide alternative exercises if you encounter any difficulties or have specific injuries they need to be mindful of. Their attentiveness and expertise make all the difference, especially for someone like me with back issues. They’ve been incredibly supportive, offering tailored advice on stretching and strengthening exercises to help improve my condition.

Rating:5 Extremely enjoyable and well balanced classes at an excellent studio. Whenever I workout at STRIIT I feel energised, as well as motivated to progress further. The coaches are very knowledgeable, supportive and uplifting. The regular change in workouts means it never feels repetitive. It’s the most comfortable I’ve felt in a workout scenario and also the most cared for. Highly recommend!

Rating:5 This gym is very special, highly recommend to anyone looking for a great gym. Steph, Kate and Oily are friendly, helpful and motivate you throughout session, always happy to answer questions and help you with your workout. Overall, it’s a great place to achieve your fitness goals.

Rating:5 I struggle to stick with a routine and when I do, I struggle with being consistent and then I found this place. It’s the perfect middle ground between commercial gyms and pt sessions! It’s a little community, and even though these are group classes, they are customised to what suits you. (You get a nutritional plan too!) It’s fun and I don’t see myself cancelling my membership for as long as I’m in Birmingham!
