It has really been awesome since my arrival at the gym group Sheldon. From the point of my registration till the preent moment. The staffs and trainers are super nice and supportive. And every training sessions have been interesting. The equipment are intact and have not cause any injury so far in my stay.

I’ve been attending The Gym group Sheldon for a few years now and have never been disappointed. There is a variety of equipment and classes, the facilities are spotless and the staff are super friendly, helpful and approachable. The general manager Adrian has been really helpful especially. He knows his stuff and can easily help you reach your fitness goal and keep you motivated!

I am really happy with this gym in terms of value for money and customer experience. The staff are extremely friendly and always willing to help if needed. I can see the positive changes to the gym since manager Adrian started, and there is also a lot more women who have joined compared to before. He always listens to client feedback and takes it on board, as well as being very personable! Katherine K

This gym is my happy place – it’s spotless, and our trainer Charlotte is a rockstar! She knows how to turn workouts into fun while making us sweat buckets. Thanks to her, I’m feeling fitter and healthier. She’s a wizard with workouts, always introducing new moves to keep me on my toes.
And let’s not forget the gym staff – super friendly vibes all around!

I rejoined the gym recently as it’s a good value for money. The gym during the hours I workout it’s not too busy and I always can get access to everything I need. Also the gym is kept clean at the workout areas, but the toilets could have been cleaner, same goes for showers. People aren’t rude there either which always help the atmosphere.
