Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Gym is good overall. If you can replace torso rotator machine with shrug machine that would be well and good. And please add abs board as well to train lower abdomen. Plus It would be icing on the cake if they bring back that ambient light that used to be lit in midnight before 12:00 am.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 As an ex member of a competitor gym & suffering from anxiety. The gym is by far the best gym I have ever been to. When training, no one bothers you or looks at you weird regardless of your size. All body shapes are accepted. Good use of gym kit, nice flavored water machine for members. The staff are so fantastic & supportive when you are not sure of something or even just there to give you a boost. My anxiety level is pretty calm in this gym. I love it! If you’re anxious about going to the gym, I definitely would recommend this one!

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Good gym spread over 3 levels. Well light, bright, with approachable staff working until late. Budget cost in a student city means peak time is particularly busy in the strength areas of the gym. Squat rack hadn’t really enough room to replace plates on the right side. Could do with one or two more dumbbell benches and a wider area for their use. Overall a great gym for the money with options to use other chain gyms around the UK.

Pros:
Friendly, welcoming, no judgement.
Unless you come at 5pm, you can always get on a piece of equipment. Plenty of space for stretching and floor work.
Value for money
Cons:
If Machinery breaks it isn’t fixed for many weeks
Gym rules not enforced: people bring bags onto the floor, hog the deadlift area for hrs
Keypad to enter is so grimy!
No spin classes
Showers and toilets are unpleasant never use them
