AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I called on the phone confirming that banners, baloons and flower arrangements were available for ‘WELCOME HOME.’ I called as I have 2 young babies and i wanted to not waste time going to different shops. She ensured me that everything would be available. Upon arriving in the shop, There was no banners, only 2 baloons and no welcome home signage for the floral arrangements. I was disappointed but none the less asked for the 2 baloons, which i was then told they had NO HELIUM GAS, so I couldn’t purchase those either.
I would never had minded any of this, if I just dropped in. The fact that I called, informed them i was coming and was blatantly lied to.
I would give 0 stars, but 1 star was the lowest option. Genuinely disappointed. I try my absolute best to shop local but when incidents like this occur it just makes more sense to go to Card Factory.

The letters, the wreath and heart were all beautifully done and we will use them again for any floral requirements we have.

I needed a rose delivered on Valentine’s day to a special someone by 5:45pm that day. I live in the United States and rushed to get the order in by 11:45am GMT. Was so pleased when by 3:30pm GMT the rose had been delivered. And a beautiful rose at that! Billy’s being able to deliver it the same day, only a few hours after ordering and on a hectic day like Valentine’s Day made me look very good and made my special someone extremely happy. Will definitely be using Billy’s Floral again!
