I would highly recommend Richard’s they are always polite and helpful and when my husband died were very supportive.

Firstly we were surprised at how little 25pound gets you, the bunch recieved was no better than a 5pound store brought bunch. The flowers didn’t even come with a card or aftercare, as they usually would. We love to shop local and to support small businesses but we were very upset at the standard, especially as we’ve had flowers from here on a number of occasions and they have always been lovely. We brought the flowers around 3pm and by 8pm when we returned home the bunch was starting to wilter!
We decided although embarrassing to return to the shop the next morning for a refund as we could no longer gift them. We were offered a refund but she couldn’t work the machine so asked us to return. Later when my husband returned he was greated by a different lady, she was extremely confrontational and rude as soon as he entered the shop, say...
