Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 I just wanted to say a huge Thank You to Jack and all the team involved in my Dad’s day – you really done my Dad proud, so many compliments of how you put the day together and the best looking procession.. but ontop of all that, this was/is the hardest time of mine and my families life and the way you’ve handled it with such care and professionalism is massively appreciated, every part of the planning felt as though we’ve known you for years the way you listened to us and respected my Dad… I would recommend this company to take care of your loved ones, yourself and family if you sadly find yourself in these circumstances.. special thank you to Jack – you’ve been amazing! I’d like to say a big thank you especially to Jack who was lovely, so supportive throughout it all, kept me informed of everything that was happening or going to happen within the funeral service. Really helpful and outstanding with customer relations and his job role and goes the extra mile for you and your family. I would highly recommend to everyone. The prices are fair, they also do packages, that are easy to understand whats included and what your paying for. Very professional service and company. Can’t thank them enough, and thank you Jack for all your hard work and help along the way its greatly appreciated.

They were fantastic throughout and so reasonably priced compared to many other local funeral directors. My mom was so impressed with the service they offered. While at the funeral all the staff were friendly, polite and professional. As someone attending the funeral I would never have guessed that their service comes at almost half the price of any other, as everything about it was spot on. Thank you so much Black Country Funerals.

In what is a difficult time for anyone, all the staff were very compassionate and helpful in offering advice. They made a great effort in considering our wishes for the service, and I can’t thank and recommend them enough!
