Showing 4 reviews Rating:5 The professionalism of this company was above and beyond. Jackie looked after us from the start, keeping in touch and organising the fantastic dove release, the connecting graveside burial and all things were perfect on the day.

Rating:3 Well if you’ve ever heard of the saying you would be late at your own funeral. This was my dad.Hearse and limo turned up 20 minutes late which made us 20 minutes late for the funeral. At no point did the hearse drive slow as I think they were trying to make up time.(He even had to brake for a speed camera)

Rating:5 Excellent personal experience when planning my fathers funeral. Even minor details were covered. No pressure just genuine concern and attention to detail. Highly recommend ny my family and I.

Rating:5 Dignified, respectful, and understanding at all times. Sam sorted everything and explained what was needed. We explained what our relatives wishes were and they were carried out perfectly. The drivers, pall bearers, and the front man who walked in front of the hearse were so respecful too. If possible a pre payment and expressing your wishes to loved ones makes this emotional

The embalming and dressing of our Dad was simply beautiful; they did us proud and made him look perfect.
Lisa arrived with Dad on the day of the funeral and the compassion and care shown was exceptional.
I would highly recommend this service because for what was a terribly hard time, we were helped and felt Dad was treated with respect and laid to rest well.
Thank you to everyone involved in the care of our Dad, your kindness meant the world.

When I asked why? They said the flowers turned up late. They organised the flowers and they had to be at dad’s house for 10.30 so not an early start.
Also before the funeral I made an appointment to visit the Penn office and after driving up from Weston-super-Mare I found a note on the door to call the main Wolverhampton office and visit them. They could of had the decency to phone me .
Apart from this everything else was OK but I am still a little surprised that I have not had an apology from the company

time so much easier when all you want to do is grieve. We have had to use this service twice in 14 months for our mom and dad and on behalf of my sister, myself and our close families , mom and dad chose so well that we cannot fault the service we have been shown and given. RIP you are together now xxx.
