Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 Will forever be grateful for the care they provided my family upon unexpectedly loosing my brother. Exceptionally professional, friendly, beyond helpful and they make such a sad process that much easier. Nothing is too much trouble for the company and all the staff are amazing. Aimee looked after us as a family and we can’t thank her enough.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I attended a funeral at Stourbridge crematorium & cemetery today at 12.20. I cannot fault the amazing funeral directors. The bearers looked smart the funeral director himself was well turned out and communicated with everyone clearly, he even helped my grandfather who is in a wheelchair didn’t allow him to be left out and made him feel involved on what what a very difficult day for him. Incredibly professional company would recommend.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 As a young mom i never thought I would have to deal with a parents passing I thought they were invincible and probably outlive me, unfortunately we lost our lovely dad on 09/12/2023 unexpected and sudden! It still doesn’t feel like it’s real.

From the beginning to the end of the process, they were nothing but warm and helpful and made this very difficult time more bearable. They were so professional on the day and everything ran perfectly. A special mention and thanks to Chris Pinfield who helped us organise the entire process who was also faultless. He was willing to answer any questions we had at any time, and helped guide us through all the many stages of planning a funeral. We couldn’t be more thankful. Thank you Guants. Jane

F&P gaunts we’re our first and only choice to go to and thank goodness they were there for us!
They have been amazing from start to finish we will always miss our dad but he was given the best send off he deserved.
