Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 The staff member Justine who started of my treatment did it all wrong, after that it all went downhill. I paid hundreds of pounds for a service which I did not receive. I kept being passed on from one branch to another & did not get the treatments i paid for. I received a phone call today from the Business Holder; she refused to give me her name. I tried to explain what has happened; she was remarkably rude & refused to listen, did not even try to resolve the issue. Just to make matters worse, she threatened me saying she’s going to send bailiffs to my property. Clearly this person has no manners.,Very unprofessional. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They thief your money and not give you what you have paid for.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I had laser from this clinic ( 8 sessions).The treatment didn’t work , wasted my money and ended up leaving burn marks on my face which even a year later haven’t faded!! The prices are inconsistent and expensive.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 TOO EXPENSIVE and the treatment doesn’t show any improvements on the skin at all. I have wasted my money. I have paid £400 for 4 Treatments ( Microneedling ) but I only did 3 times. They said its usually £500 for 4 treatments but it’s now on discounted to £400.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Fantastic, professional service ! I was welcomed into the clinic by a young lady called Justina, her hospitality, aura and customer service was excellent! It’s not very often I take time to write a review, after today’s treatment I felt it’s only fair for me to praise the service which was recieved by the members of staff at crystal clear . I will definitely be going back again !

It didn’t make any improvements to the PORES or PIGMENTATION.
Waste of MONEY.

I went for a 60 minute Deep Tissue massage. The massage was excellent – It was relaxing, professional and the therapist (Rita) was accommodating, calm and pleasant. She was well prepared and provided me with the paperwork beforehand. She is clearly good at what she does and provided me with easy to understand aftercare instructions following the massage treatment.
CUSTOMER SERVICE & KNOWLEDGE:
The team were welcoming, friendly and professional. They appeared to be knowledgeable within their field and did not pressure me, the customer, into anything when asking me if I was interested in any further treatments. They simply provided me with a price list of treatments for me to look over at my own discretion.
LOCATION:
This is a good location in the Scott Arms area of Great Barr with various transport links nearby in a not too busy place. Crystal Clear Skin have two other locations in the Jewellry Quarter and Walsall if those are more convenient loc...
