0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Goodridge-Milford have throughly cared for my Gran, Aunt and Grandad over the past 2 years and ensured they’ve all been treated with dignity and respect. My Grandad looked like the man he was before he passed and we’ll all be forever grateful. The service we received when collecting my Grandad from his home was exceptional and handled so well, they really took care of him and gave us the time and space to see him off until we met again at the funeral home. The time we get to spend with to our loved ones at the home is not rushed and is really heartfelt. The way Sharon runs the start of the day until the end is second to none. Everyone knows what’s happening at all times and she is clear when helping us to lay our loved ones to rest. I know my Grandad especially loved Sharon and her family and he would be so happy to know that she helped to send him off and care for my family through our loss. Yesterday Nahshon, Alex and Mr Williams really helped to brighten the day and were very professional and caring. Beautiful cars.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Sharon and her team done a fantastic and superb job for my uncles funeral today 06.07.19. From the first meeting of going through the arrangements to the special day. Sharon was professional. She done everything to detail and to our colour scheme, including the horses patch and her own outfit. I have only positive things to say, she was so professional, polite, and paid attention to every detail. Focusing on mum was a plus. The drivers were professional, the office staff were amazing whenever I called. I truly recommend GM for there services. Needless to say they have secured our praises and future business…although in saying that with Sharon you can clearly see it isn’t about the money, it’s about being able to deliver a professional service, never getting a second chance to have this day again so everything has to be perfect and ensuring the customer is happy every step of the way. She truly makes you feel assured, welcome and at ease. I truly can’t thank her ...

They were dignified, calm and measured in their approach and delivering a service with outstanding perfection.
From the care of the loved one, the cars, the church, the cemetery, handling of the flowers to the release of the doves was on point.
I was particularly impressed with the young funeral director that orchestrated the event at each turn in a quiet and unobtrusive fashion.
I couldn’t wish for anything better. My only regret is that I could not give more stars ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

The day I rang them, I spoke to Sharon, who explained everything explicitly and so carefully, that my mom understood it perfectly and said we are using this FD.
Our dad passed away 30th April and when my mom, sister, auntie and niece went to see him at the funeral parlour on 27 May 2021, the could not stop talking about how wonderfully preserved he looked and how the room was so inviting and bright, with settees and tissues. They had never seen a parlour like that before. They were extremely impressed.
From the professional customer service down to the Funeral Procession, our day was outstanding.
We cannot thank the whole team enough in how they made a sad day into a great happy celebration of life.
We have no hesitation in recommending this FD to other individuals through their time of grief.
