Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 All the staff at Webbs gave 100% care and compassion to my dad who passed away at home. They showed respect and care ensuring me that my dad was taken care of and that they will look after him. All staff was amazing from taking my dad to the chapel of rest early hours of the morning to his final journey on 24th May. They showed dignity and respect when going to see my dad at the chapel of rest and was helpful and polite throughout.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 As a family words cannot express how thankful we are to S.Webb & Son in Wednesbury for the genuine care and attention they gave to our family and to my late father. When we went to see him at the chapel of rest we could see clearly that they did everything they could to ensure that my dad kept his original appearance and maintain his dignity. Their kindness and patience throughout made a very difficult situation easy for us to manage. Well done and thank you to everyone involved in my dad’s funeral. Everything was perfect, just what my dad would have wanted.

Rating:5 During what was an extremely difficult and emotional period for myself and my family, we were made to feel at ease and comfortable right from the start, from our initial meeting with Sandy, through to accommodating our visits to the chapel of rest, right through to the day of the funeral. The care and sensitivity shown to myself and my family is greatly appreciated, not only in the weeks leading up to the funeral, but also on the day of the funeral, after the service and also the journey to the wake. We would just like to extend our thanks to all at Webb’s.

At what was a very traumatic time for the whole family we were thankful for the support of S.Webb & Son Ltd, we found everyone extremely caring, considerate and helpful throughout. Never rushing us with any decisions and helping us through the whole process.
On the day of the funeral we were put at our ease, Webb’s were very professional, compassionate and understanding to our feelings.
We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Webb’s and have no hesitation in recommending them.
