Showing 5 reviews Rating:5 We popped in to try out the mattresses, with the intention of going home and ordering online. Super happy to see that dogs are welcome in-store, so we brought Ernie with us and he was totally spoiled by all of the staff! Erika helped us choose a mattress and bed, and we were blown away by her – nothing was too much trouble. She stripped a bed and remade it so we could try different combinations, and even helped us to choose the right fabric by finding our wall colours and testing the samples against them in different lights. We never felt any pressure to buy or make a decision, she was totally relaxed and so lovely. Considering we went in with no intention of speaking to anyone in-store, we’re so glad we did – I don’t think we’d have chosen something anywhere near as perfect without Erika’s expert help. As someone else has said, would definitely recommend going and speaking to the Loafers even if you plan to purchase online!

She spent ages helping us with our colour and fabric choices and showed infinite patience when we were torn between two styles of sofa. She explained everything regarding delivery and the optional insurance cover carefully. She was excellent.

There is nothing this man doesn’t know about the Loaf range and he is there to make sure you have all the information to choose your perfect sofa. Even if you’re buying on line it’s well worth chatting things through with Peter. Highly recommended

Erika knows her sofa’s and guided us through all the different styles. We were left to browse and test the sofa’s without feeling hurried or hassled. We left with a happy purchase. We will definitely shop at the Solihull shack again.
