SCAM. Do NOT purchase from this site. Website promises next day delivery on all orders placed before 2pm, placed an order on a Wednesday at 10am, received a dodgy-looking order confirmation with no contact details and no VAT info on the “invoice”, etc. Emailed them to ask for progress, never received any response. They sent a fake instruction to Parcelforce, claimed they would dispatch the item by the next day, nothing happened. Demanded a refund, nothing ever received. AVOID. Do not waste your money. Reported to trading standards.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Welded joint in back of chair failed whilst still in warranty, completely ignored by Martunis. Phone numbers do not work, messages ignored. Section 75 claim going through credit card company.

It’s our 4th purchase from MARTUNIS, Amazing quality office chairs with 3D arms, lumbar support and headrest. I am really quite impressive that finally a local seller in the market to compete the big giants.

I have purchased a carbon fiber leather gaming chair for my son and surprisingly it’s much better than Secretlab expensive chairs and MARTUNIS has provided excellent customer support.
