Showing 5 reviews Rating:3 If it’s what you want then great but it’s a limited range of dining furniture. We also felt we were being stalked around the shop by the sales people.

Rating:5 I have just finished my house renovation and needed all new furniture. I found some sofas at OFL in Solihull for the conservatory and went in store. Andrew Tranter was the salesman and was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with.

Rating:5 Really good customer service, they even drove me to the bank as there was not one near by. They made us feel really welcomes great place to shop. Thank u very much

Rating:1 Visited this store, staff were friendly, but didn’t know how to use the online ordering. When the chairs arrived not properly built with parts missing, customer services refused to discuss with me. The service went downhill from their. Three out of 8 chairs were delivered poorly built or parts missing. The promised free furniture polish never materialised. We cancelled the damage/product care insurance as on this performance they weren’t organised enough to delivery any sort of service. All in all a shop that isn’t worth the hassle.

Rating:1 Aggressive selling! Don’t have signs everywhere saying that you have “Scan & Go for Contact Free Shopping” if someone is constantly in your face asking, in a hostile manner, why you are taking photos (when you’re actually scanning the QR codes) and why you won’t speak to them, like some forlorn ex!

Now the good service shouldn’t end there and it didn’t. Delivery was 3 weeks and they got delivered in 2. I opted for premium delivery so the sofas were fully installed and all rubbish taken away. Delivery guys were a credit to the company.
From order to delivery i also made 3 phone calls, 1 to amend the order to change 1 of the seaters to a 2, next to price match as sofas dropped in price a few days after ordering which OFL didnt hesitate to honour, and 3 to add a foot stool. Each time impressively the phone was answered and my query dealt with there and then without any hassle.
Now compare that to my living room sofas which i ordered from OFLs competitor who go by a similar name. I have tried numerous times to call them post order and not ...

You don’t care about the customer, you just want your commission… This has almost put us off spending nearly £1,500 with the company online at all!
Edit: And you’ve lost Oak Furnitureland those sales to DFS – I look forward to letting your corporate bosses know, Mr “Store Manager”.
