Why do you even bother offering Yodel parcels as a service if whenever i need the service the staff rolls their eyes at you or lie to your face the printer is not working?! This goes out to the man with the moustache who lied to me the printer was not working so I couldnt send my 2 small parcels across, even though i have sent one last night and everything was fine. He just couldnt be bothered even if there were no other customers to serve . I will place a written complaint to yodel too . If you don’t want to offer a service , dont advertise you do and make people walk around with parcels for nothing!!!

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 0 stars – I went too get a coffee like I always do every morning before work. Usually great I went today got to work drank it and the milk was all curdled. So I then phoned ESSO to ask for a replacement tomorrow and just let them know to clean the machine I was then told this was not the correct store which it was & that he had changed the milk this morning so no way this could of happened and then cut the phone off me which I think is very rude and unprofessional. I then proceeded to phone multiple times and they have now cut the phone off and is going straight to voice mail. I will be returning in a few hours. I think management should speak to this employer and teach them some customer skills.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Have to pay before like I’m some clairvoyant and have to know exactly what price of petrol will fill my engine. This caused me to have to queue 3 times, twice for topups, once for a refund. Ridiculous rule. Plus refund is processed in cash, not card like what I paid with. Trading standards will be contacted.

3 times she tried to do contactless the man said you’ve used it to much today (she hadn’t)
You need to insert card to pay for the fuel
