    Customer service is absolute disgusting . I been to this station for petrol on 15.01.2024 evening, person who has served me had an issue on which pump I’m using and he made me to go to another pump to prove his point. He is so rude and he has no customer service skills.

    Diesel is 12p a litre more expensive than Sainsbury’s a few hundred yards away. Shell scalping normal people again

    Absolutely disgusting customer service, scamming people out of money and overcharging! Staff doesn’t have clue about anything, rude and arrogant! Apparently they have no cameras on site, some thief didn’t pay for his petrol and I had to pay for him because I used the pump! Threatening me and keeping me captive in shop until I pay…. Avoid this station AT ALL COST!!!

    Garage’s petrol either has been diluted or machines have been fiddled with. Difference between feul between here and sainsburys is very different.
    You can put £10 in and the gauge doesn’t move. Shell petrol is also supposed to be top quality. Something is going on here?

    DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE DRIVE THE 2 MINUTES AND USE AN ALTERNATIVE!

    Overall the service at the petrol station is efficient and meets most customer expectations.
    But I must say there is better preferential treatment given to particular customers and not to equally to all, which may be considered a minor indiscretion.

    However for the Shell brand and performance, customer expectation and customer experience it is not acceptable and it ultimately harms the image of Shell.

    Excellent customer service is fundamentally and is the sole responsibility of the franchise owners in this case, failing to implement a robust customer training management program for their employees.
    It could be assumed that certain culture in ignorance and prioritisation of cash flow and profit are the main area of focus.

    Employees that work in customer service and in customer experience main aims are to preserve customer loyalty, increase brand awareness, have emphasis on service over price, promote free advertising to name a few.
