Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 On three consecutive visits the pay at pump hasn’t processed my perfectly valid card. This is a huge problem when the kiosk is closed. The last time I queried this I was told the pay at pump feature would not work because the wind was causing the WiFi to stop working. There is no hope for such people.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 The staff didn’t reply to my greetings so I really didn’t bother but I was shocked to see that he was wearing EarPods while serving customers. Asked politely that is it alright to listen to music n not greet customers so the disrespected reply was my manager seems to have no problem with this so who are you to ask. Tesco Staff training Well done

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Usually one of the better priced petrol stations in the local area, only Sainsbury’s in Oldbury seems to be better priced more often. Nice convenient shop in case you want to grab some snacks and can’t be bothered to pull in to the main Tesco. I usually use the pay at pump option and go in and out as quick as I can, but sometimes the receipt printer is on the blink so you have to go in. Has jet wash and tyre pump on site.

I came in on the 7th December to get petrol but i only had silver coins due to having less than £10 in my account so all i had was £15 in silver coins. After the lovely guy counted it out and petrol paid for, there was a little queue and an old Asian lady who was on the phone at the time i came in dealt with the other customers. As i was leaving out, she said “excuse me excuse me” to me and said ” don’t use silver coins to pay” but i ignored her and left. At the end of the day it is money and i needed petrol, i understand it took the guy a few minutes to count it but she had no right to tell me that as there is no policy to state you cant use silver coins to pay, there is a cash register in which money goes into. I felt so upset that to this day it still bothers me as she didn’t need to say that. Horrible women
