0 You have already voted! Rating:4 Lovely house and mainly brilliant, just missing a little cleanliness, it smelt that someone had smoked in the downstairs and some plates etc were not clean. They also didn’t provide a cloth, though other things, like tea towels, were available.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 My stay at this Airbnb property was not only highly disappointing but also deeply concerning. The host, Rob, exhibited mean-spirited and inconsiderate behavior throughout our interaction. It became apparent that the house was equipped with sound detectors and hidden cameras, which is extremely inappropriate and invasive, especially for a family gathering. It felt like a complete violation of our privacy and raises serious questions about the host’s intentions.

The host barged in and evacuated us in the middle of the night without warning, citing unfounded accusations of neighbor complaints and exceeding the agreed-upon guest count. We pleaded and apologized, but the host was unresponsive and unprofessional. The evacuation left us stranded with no alternative accommodations. I strongly advise against booking this property due to the host’s lack of integrity and respect for guests.

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Poor customer service, they have secret noise equipment in the house (and probably cameras). The houses fit 14 people to sleep but if you stay, only one person should talk at a time whispering, otherwise they will fake a neighbour complaint to try and kick you out. I imagine they do this every weekend as part of a scam to charge you the full amount whilst not having to accommodate you.

– From start to finish the communication was friendly and brilliant
– Everything was clear and we were even recommended to go to the ‘sister’ property which is this one due to us explaining what we were using the house for
– We asked if milk was at the house and they said no but provided some out of kindness
– Apart from some damage as in wear and tear, the house was beautiful and in a perfect location for what we needed as we had a cocktail making class at the Slug and Lettuce which was about a 3 minute walk!
– We found the customer service fantastic and had a little what’s app group with myself and the customer service team and the response was quick!
– It was affordable and still felt luxurious

In addition to the privacy concerns, it seemed as though the host was running a scam. The abrupt evacuation without valid reasons and the refusal to refund our money despite the host’s clear wrongdoing further solidify this suspicion. It is disheartening to learn that others have been subjected to similar treatment by this host, highlighting a pattern of unprofessionalism and disregard for guests’ well-being.
