Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Worst experience they damaged my new coat they charge so cheaply for the dry cleaning and the man spoke so rudely and hang up. I also got looked at by another dry cleaner he said they have burned the fur and must have put it in dyer. I was advised to make small court claim as they damaged an expensive jacket. When doing so they changed my respondent details online to there’s. Very dishonest. The dry cleaning place does not even exist when you do a google search on them. I have took it professional dry cleaners and they said it was put in the dyer and burned

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Took a duvet to be washed and when I picked it up you could tell it hadn’t been cleaned so I took it elsewhere. I wanted to give them a second chance and took my winter duvet for a clean and I’ve just gone to put it on the bed and noticed its not mine. The duvet is not only too small, but it’s covered in blood stains!! I should have checked it before I left. There are no more chances now. I now need to dispose of the stained duvet and buy a new one. Over £120 down thanks to this place.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 Was visiting UK and went here to do my washing. Lovely friendly staff. All machines working. Plenty of powder, softener and change. Been to laundromats all over the world and whilst I wouldn’t describe it as modern, it was the best service I have ever had in a laundromat.

Rating:4 I searched online to establish if this launderette was open and for some reason, the information showed it as being open 24 hours on a Wednesday – which I know is not correct. It is definitely closed all day on a Wednesday so beware. I use them for washing and drying my duvets and they provide an excellent service and always wash and dry the duvets on the same day.

In response to their reply, unfortunately that is not the truth. They asked the size, I paid £15 and then I collected it a few days later. I’m sure your new machine is lovely but you didn’t have it when I took the duvet in!
