Showing 5 reviews Rating:1 Absolutely awful. No communication. Placed and paid for an order which after 10 days I chased. Only to receive an email to say order cancelled! No explanation, no apology, nothing! Shocking customer service, well non existent let’s face it! How are companies like this able to trade? I will have to hope I get my money back…

Rating:1 Ordered an item for my elderly mum for my sisters birthday, received confirmation email and delivery of 3 days, had no dispatch information, have emailed them 3 times, rang them twice and sent multiple chat messages to follow this up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they take your money and ignore all communication from you. Wish i had read reviews first, so disappointed for my mum who now has to purchase something else and has missed sending her daughter a gift on time. Hope you are pleased with yourselves.

trying to send back is a nightmare they sent a return slip address to me. I rang and emailed didn’t answer the phone and no reply from email.
I don’t know what to do wish I had read the reviews first
