0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I been shopping at this location since 2017 and yesterday my daughter and I were checking out at self checkout and the security come closer to us. I felt so humiliated and disappointed. Before they check the shoplifters who clearly don’t want to pay, they come profiling decent customers. I felt we were being discriminated against. I will take my business to other supermarket.

0 You have already voted! Rating:4 I had several issues in this store during the Covid era, so stopped going. I will add at that point security were very helpful. I have recently returned and have been pleasantly surprised. The store appears bright and clean and was a breeze to get through the self scan. The staff on the tills were super observant and efficient. I was surprised how quiet it was for a Friday evening and was able to browse at things I wouldn’t normally be able to. Was able to easily park at the front of the store but be aware of Uber eats drivers driving the wrong way down the one way road.

On my last visit this cashier was very rude and she seemed to purposefully make my checkout experience difficult.
Yesterday, I was again served my the same lady, who was again rude.
She would not serve me until she saw in my granddaughters trolley, despite her being behind me in the queue and us having separate shopping.
She was abrupt and rude, without any reasoning for this.
We won’t be returning to store.

I was called out for using my personal trolley when I reached out the self-check out point. and was told to use the grocery trolley which will be difficult for me to do as I have scoliosis and now I need to use two trolleys to get my groceries. maybe its for their security purposes which is fine. It’s just I never experience this in any other grocery stores.
Hopefully, if the store doesn’t allow the use of personal trolley they could have designated area where we can put it.
