Rude management, dirty place. It is one of the worst places to stay in Birmingham.

Worst customer service and experience ever. No power and room hadn’t even been cleaned when we checked in. Someone got arrested whilst we were there, wifi didn’t work, broken oven and refused to refund us after all that.

Really great studio, close to city centre and local shops. Nice and quiet with parking available outside, great value for money! Would recommend especially for solo travellers or couples.

Normally I think a very good apartment. But sometimes there were a little bit disorganised. I have to times problems to get in, due to there incorrect informations or technical unknown.
Otherwise I had raised a higher rate.
The management missed at the end some answers to my complaints, that’s not a good style and the employees were very polite.
