    Kai was very helpful in helping us resolve an issue with a pitch where the lights were off where he was able to reimburse our pitch for us. Amazing customer service!!

    Lovely facilities!! A young man called Lohit who works in the gym is so helpful and polite he has really motivated me to come to the gym more often and keeps the gym so clean. He is really an asset to this company. Lifeguards are also a lovely bunch and deserve more credit.

    Gym’s great but watch the car park!! Warden is unforgiving and must be on a bonus as he walks round the car park for his whole duty! You do get 3 hours free (which goes really fast when you do gym, sauna/spa & steam & a coffee to finish with) but you have to make sure that you display the ticket correctly and you don’t go over you 3hrs at all or you will get a penalty and, you will struggle to get it overturned, nice tax on the motorists again and a great way for the council to make some money off you!

    I have been trying to register with doc spot at this gym for 3 weeks. Had no luck with numerous phone calls so went in person. I was told that someone will call me in about a week. After 10 days I telephoned again with no answer so left a message for a call back. That was last week and still no response. I only have 3 days left to register. I’m going again today to hopefully sort it out. Look out for my next review for an update. I think it’s disappointing that with a medical referral that the management have shown no regard for it’s potential clients well being.

    I have been swimming at Tudor Grange since the 90’s and today I’m writing to complain about a couple of things.

    Firstly I booked & paid for a lane swim from 11AM till 12PM (as advertised on your Everyone Active app) and I was disgusted to be told at 11.54AM we all had to leave the pool (now this is aimed at the manager who instructed the staff to do this). But I had paid for a FULL 60 minutes so out of principle I ignored the instruction and swam till 12PM. Upon leaving the pool I spoke to the lifeguard to voice my complaint and I was told ‘we have to clear the pool early to get the Aqua class in’. Well if that’s the case Everyone Active is falsely advertising the timings of their lane swim booking as it clearly states on there you can swim the duration till 12PM. Also may I add the prices have yet AGAIN increased this year so your paying more money for 6 minutes less than you paid for.
