0 You have already voted! Rating:1 I’ve been going to James bushell for around 2 years now but didn’t have the best experience this time. I’ve been several times and had a good experience, always got the hair colour I wanted and it’s been done/service wholeheartedly. But this time it wasn’t (I booked with the same hairdresser as I always do). It disheartening when you pay a lot of money and dont get the colour you want, that too bad roots. I asked for blonde/silver balayage (which they’ve always achieved&done) but this time my hair was done more honey blonde (a lot of yellow) and the roots, well the picture speaks for itself. I had two people doing my roots which I think was the issue. The right side is done well, smooth but left is very patchy I think it was an apprentice that did it, not too sure. (I asked asked for a high balayage, but the left is so low lol) it’s very disheartening. I didn’t see it till I left the salon.

0 You have already voted! Rating:5 I made an appointment with Ciara after reading great reviews and having had a bad experience elsewhere. Her attention to detail and ability to listen and style and cut my hair was just amazing!! I highly recommend and Ciara will now be my regular new hairdresser!!

0 You have already voted! Rating:1 Salon quality, judge yourself. If the master believes that the client got what he asked and can leave like that, something is wrong with the master in my opinion. But to be honest, the master didn’t bother to see the final result on dried hair. Will not go to details, the problem is not only with my overbleeched and ruined hair. Cleanness in the salon is very qustionable. I enjoyed the look of a super dirty hairbrush full of someones hair, but it was removed when I asked, but the desk was not cleaned from someone’s hair., probably, it’s ok for them. I’m idiot that I decided to stay, was desperate. My fault, but will never go again….
