Lizzy was our hairdresser and she was extremely polite, kind and professional with us. Whole experience first class and will return. All the kids seemed happy there

The staff were fantastic and very understanding towards us as a family. They made our son feel very comfortable and relaxed through entertainment. He loved the car hairdressers chair and was able to watch his favourite tv show blippi whilst having his hair cut.
We were very impressed at how the staff member was able to cut his hair according to an image we showed them of the style we wanted. We loved also how she kept reassuring our son and making him smile through the process.
The ‘First haircut package’ was a very special and lovely experience and we are so glad we chose to come to hair play.
Thank you for making it a memorable experience for us as a family including his grandparents who joined! X

The staff where lovely and so kind. They engaged with my toddler and managed to cut her hair without a fuss.
The individuals who own the company should be really happy with there two employees.
The hairdressers had a play area for the children to play after the haircut, as well as a TV with cocomelon on which my toddler loves.
My toddler was able to sit in a car for her hair to be cut and she loved moving the steering wheel.
I left with a little care package which consisted of a balloon, bubbles and some sweets.
As it was my toddlers first hair cut I was given a little glass container with some hair in it.

My daughter had a huge matted lump in her hair and after calling around local hairdressers, no one wanted to know until I called Kids Hair Play! They said they would look and help if they could. Omg Lizzie was the best!! Not only did she get the matted hair back to normal, she washed and cut my daughter’s hair with no tears. Nothing was too much trouble! My daughter changed chair/car uncountable times, changed what was on TV and music.
I can’t express the worry I had that my daughter would play up and cry constantly, I couldn’t believe how she didn’t! So friendly and helpful. Giving me tips and advise for her hair care. We can’t wait to go back already! Thank you for all your help and patience!
